Presenting Authors, Discussants, and Session Chairs
A registration fee of € 400 is required for individuals actively participating as presenting authors, discussants, or session chairs. This fee covers access to all conference sessions, materials, and scheduled networking opportunities.
Audience Members Without Formal Roles
Audience members who wish to attend the conference without formal roles are asked to pay a nominal registration fee of € 400 as well. This fee is intended to cover catering costs, including refreshments and meals provided during the event, ensuring a pleasant experience for all attendees.
The registration fee includes the following benefits:
– Access to all conference sessions, including keynote addresses, panel discussions, and special sessions.
– Conference materials.
– Refreshments and meals during conference breaks and networking sessions.
Please be aware that the transfer fees for the conference participation fee will be at your expense. When making the payment, you will need to choose the “Sender (OUR)” option in the “Charge type” field. This option ensures that you will cover all fees associated with the transfer, including any intermediary or recipient bank fees. As a result, the recipient will receive the full amount you send.
